1. About us
This website is operated by Stonyhills Wellness Ltd (Company No. 17154341), registered office Unit 2, Stonyhills Estate, Stonyhills, Ware, SG12 0HJ.
2. Services and bookings
We provide sunbed sessions and related services. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers must be aged 18 or over and complete the required health screening/disclaimer before first use.
3. Token packs and payments
Token packs are purchased online or in-store. One token corresponds to up to 3 minutes of session time. Tokens are deducted when handed over at reception, not at booking creation. Prices and offers may change at any time, but confirmed purchases are honored at the paid amount.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
Bookings may be cancelled through your account where available. We aim to allow cancellations more than 24 hours before your slot. Repeated no-shows or misuse may lead to account restrictions.
5. Health and safety
You agree to provide accurate health information and follow staff guidance. We may refuse or stop a session where health/safety concerns apply. Sunbed use carries known risks including skin damage; customers use services at their own risk, subject to applicable consumer law.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Website terms
Website content is for general information and may change without notice. You must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
